Integrations and connected apps

What can be connected, what "paused" means when your plan changes, and revoking an app's access.

Connect external services. Email sources turn inquiries into draft projects.

What is here

Integrations are grouped: Email, Payments, Analytics, Sourcing. Some are live, some are marked Coming soon, which means exactly that and nothing more.

Email is the one that does real work today. See Connecting a mailbox.

Status

StatusMeaning
ActiveWorking.
Needs re-authThe provider expired or revoked the authorization. Reconnect it.
ErrorSomething is wrong at the connection itself.
DisabledSwitched off.

Each connection shows which account it is connected as, which matters when you have two Gmail accounts and cannot remember which one you authorized.

Paused, and why

If your plan covers fewer connected accounts than you have, the extra ones are paused rather than deleted:

You have one connected account more than your plan covers, so the newest is paused.

Paused means nothing syncs and no mail can be browsed or imported. On a plan with no connected accounts at all, everything is paused.

Nothing is lost by pausing. Upgrade, or disconnect one you no longer need, and the rest resume.

Connected apps

A separate list: third-party applications you authorized to act on your Steerd account through OAuth, as opposed to services Steerd connects out to.

Revoke cuts an app off immediately. Do that for anything you no longer recognize or no longer use, and note that revoking is not reversible from here: the app has to ask again.
