Your name, your picture, and the language setting that decides what email you get.
Profile holds what belongs to you rather than to the workspace. Your colleagues have their own.
Name and picture
Your full name, as your team sees it.
The picture takes JPG, PNG, GIF or WebP and is resized for you. After choosing a file you get a cropper:

Worth ten seconds. The default crop takes the middle of the image, which on most photographs is not the middle of a face.
Email language
Labeled Email language, and it does more than the label suggests:
The language we write to you in. Changing it also switches this app.
So it is one setting with two effects. It decides the language of everything Steerd sends to your address (invitations, notifications) and the language of the interface.
What it does not touch is the language of a document. An invoice, a travel report or a CV carries its own language, set on the document, so working in English and sending German invoices is entirely normal. See Set your language and formats.
Your email address
Not here. Changing it lives on the Security page, because changing the address you sign in with is a security action rather than a profile edit.
What this is not
Nothing here is workspace configuration. Your name and picture follow you across every workspace you belong to, and changing them changes nothing for anybody else.
