The CV editor
How the editor is laid out, the live preview, and why the content and its appearance are kept apart.
The editor is content on one side and a live preview of the finished document on the other. What you see is what prints.
Content and appearance are separate
You edit content. The theme decides what it looks like.
There is no dragging boxes around and no font picker per paragraph. That is deliberate: a CV assembled by hand is a CV that comes out different every time somebody edits it, and a template that cannot be broken is worth more than one that can be tweaked.
Saving
Changes save as you work. The preview screen tells you when it is showing something not yet saved:

Fields
Each section has its own fields, named after what a reader expects: Company, Position, Location, Start date, End date, Summary, and Highlights, one per line.
Highlights are the bullets under a role, and they are what a client actually reads. The summary says what the job was; the highlights say what you did.
Reordering
Entries within a section can be reordered, and the order you set is the order that prints. Most recent first is conventional and is what people expect to see.
Scrolling
The editor's form column scrolls independently of the preview, so a long CV does not mean losing sight of the page you are building.
